The Collège Culinaire de France, founded by 15 internationally renowned French chefs and co-chaired by Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon, is dedicated to promoting culinary excellence in France and around the world.
In its commitment to quality, the Collège Culinaire de France advocates for transparency, giving diners the right to know what they are eating in a restaurant: What is the origin of the ingredients? Are they prepared on-site? What is the chef’s professional background? The answers to these three questions help guests distinguish between the various establishments grouped under the term “restaurant” among the 150,000 listed in France.
Restaurateurs de France
Recognized by the French government, the Restaurateurs de France label guarantees high-quality French cuisine. Labelled establishments undergo regular and impartial external audits and are committed to upholding the Restaurateurs de France Quality Charter, based on eight key commitments to their customers.
